Dear Daylily Lover The flowering season is almost gone and, as usual, it was very exciting to experience all the interesting colours, shapes and sizes. The fun with daylilies is that you can share in all these seasons. There is a time to enjoy all the lovely blooms and then comes ground preparation and planting time, where you can fill all those sunny spots in the garden and then wait again to see how the colours fill the garden in the new season. We now enter the planting season and I would like to encourage you all to start that planning. Some of you would perhaps only like to concentrate this year on digging up, dividing and replanting your own collection. Others might want to extent their collection by getting in some new colours. At DAYLILY PARK, it is now hectic times. We plant new imports, plant new seedlings, and we divide many plants and sometimes move them to new spots. We also have to deal with all the orders of our regular customers as well as many new ones. We obviously enjoy this time of the year as we can experience and feel the excitement of people when they order those new daylilies, plant them and then wait to see the new blooms in flowering season. You will note that we have released some new colours, all imported. We have also now for the first time made available various collections. These collections are on average twenty percent cheaper per plant. We still find people who think it is difficult to order plants on our web. It is not, just follow the instructions under ‘how to order’ which you will find under ORDERING INFORMATION. We will automatically receive your order. Your order will be confirmed and we will supply you with our banking details. Once paid, your plants will be sent overnight and you will be provided with the tracking number to collect your plants in the next day or two from your local post office. Please let us have your comments via the e-mail facility on our web or put forward any suggestions or complaints you might have. We wish you a happy planting season. DAYLILIES ARE SUCH FUN!!
